There is a small cost of £20.00 for helpers at Strategy & £20.00 for helpers at Evolution. Payment can be made using online banking, or via card with details shared on completion of this form. The fee helps to cover the cost of your food and camping fees.

I understand that Strategy & Evolution are weekends of activities for members of the Scout and Guide Movements. No responsibility for personal equipment/clothing and effects can be accepted by the organisers. The activities will be run under the rules of the Scout Association and those who are currently members of the Scout or Guide Movement will be indemnified in the normal way by their Association Insurance. By submitting this form I consent to my data being held in the booking system in accordance with the Privacy Policy and also agree to the booking terms.
